Responsibilities

Use the Creative Curriculum to create developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
Document learning experience through displays and pictures
Maintains positive informal and formal communication with families on a daily basis
Maintains a safe, comforting and stimulating environment for toddlers
Facilitates and maintains childcare licensing standards
Friendly and a desire to work as a team in a rewarding environment

Qualifications

Previous experience in a preschool environment
Strong verbal communicator with an upbeat personality who is comfortable and excels with speaking to parents
Energetic, nurturing, positive, child-friendly personality
Shows initiative; strong work ethic
High school diploma

Compensation: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Beach Babies childcare is the ideal environment for infants through school-age children. We are sensitive to each child’s social, emotional, intellectual and physical needs. We provide developmentally appropriate programs that focus on the process of learning and help children enjoy successful experiences.

We are located in Delaware and have locations in Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Milford & Townsend
