- Assist the School Administrator in ensuring the health & safety of all children and staff.
- Perform administrative duties, including enrollment and tours; maintain staff and child files, answering phones, responding to emails, staff scheduling, and other administrative responsibilities
- Assist the School Administrator with hiring and training new staff members
- Maintain and enforce state licensing regulations and policy compliance
- Manage the operation of the school in the School Administrator's absence
- Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or related program
- Hold a certification from the Department of Education for a Curriculum Coordinator or above
- Must possess strong communication skills
- The ability to evaluate and resolve conflict
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Energetic and Flexible
- Shows initiative; strong work ethic
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- CPR and First Aid Certified; Medication Administration Certification
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Knowledge of STARS, Creative Curriculum, Teaching Strategies Gold, and Conscious Discipline is a plus
