Key Qualifications:
- Comply with state education requirements, with the added advantage of possessing ECE Certification.
- Prior experience within a licensed childcare setting is preferred.
- Strong references and a demonstrated history of nurturing and guiding children.
- Adaptability to various schedules and hours is essential.
Job Duties:
- Demonstrate care, compassion, and a genuine passion for education.
- Adhere meticulously to licensing regulations and uphold company standards.
- Engage with parents both in person and virtually.
- Foster positive relationships with students and maintain effective classroom management.

Education: - CDA, AA Degree, or BA preferred
Experience:
- 1 year of Early Childhood Education preferred
