Hospitots opened in 1988 as a benefit for the employees of Maury Regional Medical Center located in Columbia, Tennessee. We are looking for a Lead Teacher, Preschool Teacher and Aides, and Infant & Toddler Teachers to join our winning team.
The primary role of the teacher is to provide for the individual needs of the children in care by offering food, a safe environment, and a structured educational environment that meets each individual student’s emotional, physical, social, and cognitive needs.

Job Summary
As a Toddler Teacher at Hospitots, you’ll help care for little ones. You’ll provide a safe and loving environment that nurtures each child's social, emotional, cognitive, creative, and physical development.
Responsibilities
- Creates lesson plans that are balanced and appropriate to development levels
- Document learning experience through displays and pictures
- Maintains positive informal and formal communication with families daily
- Maintains a safe, comforting and stimulating environment for toddlers
- Facilitates and maintains childcare licensing standards
- Friendly and a desire to work as a team in a rewarding, fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a preschool environment
- Strong verbal communicator with an upbeat personality who is comfortable and excels at speaking with parents
- Energetic, nurturing, positive, child-friendly personality
- Shows initiative; strong work ethic
- High school diploma

Compensation: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
