Are you passionate about working with children and helping them grow? Butterfly Bunch Early Childhood Center is looking for a dedicated and energetic Assistant Child Care Teacher to join our team. In this role, you’ll work alongside lead teachers to create a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment where children can thrive.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist with implementing daily lesson plans and activities that support children's development.
- Help maintain a positive and organized classroom environment.
- Foster children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and learning activities.
- Communicate daily with families to share updates on their child’s progress.
- Ensure the classroom and play areas are safe, clean, and meet licensing standards.
- Support lead teachers in supervising children and maintaining a structured daily routine.
- Actively participate in team meetings and collaborate with staff members.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience working with children is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A positive, energetic, and nurturing personality.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the field of early childhood education.
