We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Afternoon Assistant Director to join our team at Just Kids Christian Academy in San Antonio, TX. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and wants to make a positive impact on the lives of children.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director in overseeing the daily operations of the academy
- Supervise and support staff in the afternoon program
- Assist in developing and implementing curriculum and activities
- Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations
- Communicate effectively with parents and families
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a childcare setting
- High School Diploma
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of state licensing requirements
- Passion for working with young children
