Job Opening: Enrollment Specialist
Are you passionate about helping families access high-quality child care and early education programs? We are seeking a dedicated Enrollment Specialist to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, guiding families through the enrollment process, and ensuring a seamless transition into our center. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and have a knack for customer service, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective families, providing information about our programs and guiding them through the enrollment process
- Conduct tours of the facility, sharing our mission, values, and unique approach to early childhood education
- Assist families in completing enrollment documentation, ensuring all required paperwork is submitted accurately and on time
- Follow up with interested families, answering questions and addressing any concerns to build confidence and trust
- Maintain accurate records in our enrollment system and provide regular updates to management on enrollment status
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new families
Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to connect with families warmly and professionally
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up efficiently with prospective families
- Previous experience in enrollment, admissions, or customer service is a plus

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $200.00 - $300.00 per week
