We’re excited to announce the opening of our brand-new childcare learning center, and we’re looking for passionate, dedicated educators to join our team! We provide a nurturing and supportive environment for children, families, and staff alike.

Available Positions:
- Infant Teachers
- Toddler Teachers
- Two-Year-Old Teachers
- Three-Year-Old Teachers
- Pre-K (Four-Year-Old) Teachers
Job Details:
- Full-Time Shifts: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supervise children at all times to ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that meet the educational and emotional needs of children
- Maintain classrooms in compliance with Texas Minimum Standards for Child Care Centers
- Document daily activities, attendance, and developmental progress
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including regular sanitization and proper child-staff ratios
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's development and well-being
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and nurturing environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Enthusiastic and compassionate educators who love working with young children
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn Texas Minimum Standards for Child Care Centers
- Previous child care or early education experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to handle classroom dynamics and provide positive guidance

Compensation: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Our goal is to strengthen the knowledge, skills and abilities of directors, owners, emerging leaders and other early learning professionals to ensure quality programs for young children.
