We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Summer Camp Coordinator to oversee, manage and facilitate our school age summer camp program. This role involves planning, coordinating daily camp activities, supervising staff, ensuring the safety and well-being of children, and fostering a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Organize and implement age-appropriate activities
Supervise camp staff and ensure smooth daily operations
Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all campers
Communicate with parents regarding children’s progress and camp updates
Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations

Qualifications:

Experience in child care or youth programs
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to engage and motivate children
CPR/First Aid certification preferred
Must be at least 18 years old

Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Our goal is to strengthen the knowledge, skills and abilities of directors, owners, emerging leaders and other early learning professionals to ensure quality programs for young children.
