We are looking for a patient and nurturing Lead Toddler Teacher to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children, a calm and caring demeanor, and the ability to create a safe, fun, and supportive environment for toddlers.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote growth and development
Provide individualized care and attention to each child
Create a warm and welcoming classroom environment
Maintain strong communication with parents and guardians
Ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times

Qualifications:

Associates degree in ECE/related field or CDA preferred
Experience working with toddlers in a child care setting
Patience, nurturing attitude, and strong communication skills
Knowledge of early childhood development
Must be at least 18 years old and pass background checks

Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Our goal is to strengthen the knowledge, skills and abilities of directors, owners, emerging leaders and other early learning professionals to ensure quality programs for young children.
