Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM | Up to 40 hours/week
- Lead Activities: Plan and facilitate games, arts & crafts, science projects, and outdoor adventures that keep school-age children (ages 5–12) engaged and excited.
- Supervise & Support: Provide a structured, inclusive environment where children can learn, play, and grow—while assisting with homework and ensuring smooth transitions between activities.
- Promote Positive Behavior: Encourage teamwork, safety, and respect, guiding children toward positive social and emotional development.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with our teaching team and keep families informed about their child’s progress and experiences.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Experience in group settings with school-age children (camp, after-school, or youth programs preferred).
- Energetic, dependable, and enthusiastic about child development.
- A team player with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
- At least 18 years old with the ability to pass background checks.
- Competitive Pay: $14.00 – $19.00 per hour (based on experience).
