As School-Age Program & Administrative Support at Rising Starz Child Care Center, you serve in a dual-role position supporting both our school-age program and front office operations.
- Ensure the health and safety of all children at all times
- Support the School-Age program through supervision, transitions, and classroom coverage
- Provide light front office support, including answering phones and assisting families
- Assist with organizing materials and preparing classroom resources
- Support school events, including assisting with communication and taking photos
- Maintain a clean, organized, and prepared classroom and workspace
- Follow all state licensing regulations, center policies, and procedures
- Support practices aligned with Texas Rising Star (TRS) standards
- Provide support where needed throughout the school
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working in a licensed childcare setting preferred
- Experience in an administrative or office support role preferred, but not required
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities
- Energetic, flexible, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong initiative and work ethic
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and transition between roles effectively
- CPR and First Aid Certification (preferred or willing to obtain)
- Must pass a criminal background check
