Core Responsibilities
As a Preschool Teacher, you will facilitate student growth across social, emotional, cognitive, creative, and physical domains. Key duties include: - Developing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans for various developmental stages.
- Documenting student progress through professional portfolios, displays, and photography.
- Maintaining proactive and professional daily communication with parents and guardians.
- Establishing a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment.
- Collaborating with the teaching team to ensure full compliance with childcare licensing regulations.
- Professional Qualifications
- Active EEC certification and prior experience in a professional preschool setting.
- A professional, positive, and energetic demeanor with a focus on student nurturing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective parent engagement.
- Demonstrated initiative, strong work ethic, and ability to manage classroom priorities effectively.
