Daycare Cook (Monday–Friday, No Nights or Weekends)

We are hiring a cook for our child care center.
This is a steady, weekday position for someone who is dependable, organized, and takes pride in keeping a kitchen clean and running smoothly. If you like structure, consistency, and being part of a team that supports children every day, this is a strong fit.

Schedule and Pay
- Monday-Friday
- Hours: 7:00am-4:00pm
- $16-20 per hour based on education in the child care field
What You Will Do
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks for children following a set menu
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
- Follow all food safety and health guidelines
- Manage food inventory and communicate supply needs
- Wash dishes and keep up with daily kitchen cleaning
- Work with the team to ensure meals are ready on time
What We Need From You
- Reliable attendance and the ability to work independently
- Strong organization and time management
- Ability to stay on schedule and keep the kitchen running smoothly
- Attention to cleanliness and food safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Qualifications
- Food Handler Permit required
- Experience in food service or kitchen work preferred
- Ability to follow structured menus and guidelines
- Dependable and consistent
- 21 years of age or older
- Drivers license and clean driving record
