We are seeking an experienced childcare leader to join our growing organization. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coaching and developing staff, and is committed to operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Lead and inspire a team of teachers and administrative staff
- Drive enrollment growth through outstanding tours and family engagement
- Build a positive, accountable workplace culture
- Ensure compliance with all state licensing requirements
- Support curriculum implementation and classroom quality
- Foster strong relationships with families and the community
- Manage daily operations while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism
What We're Looking For
- Current Texas Child Care Director's License (required)
- Minimum 3 Years of Leadership experience in a licensed childcare center
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrated success with enrollment growth and family retention
- Ability to coach, mentor, and hold team members accountable
- Knowledge of Texas licensing standards and quality initiatives
- A positive, solution-oriented leadership style
