A Day in This Role
- Leading engaging, hands-on Pre-K activities
- Building early literacy, math, and STEAM skills

What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior experience with children preferred
- CDA or Early Childhood coursework a plus, not required
- CPR/First Aid certified, or willing to get certified
- Ability to pass a background check

Compensation: $16.00 - $19.50 per hour
The Association for Early Learning Leaders is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that has been serving directors, owners and administrators of early care and education programs since 1984. Our goal is to strengthen the knowledge, skills and abilities of directors, owners, emerging leaders and other early learning professionals to ensure quality programs for young children.
