Discovery Kidzone Learning Centers Support Director Requirements:
- Must be a level 3 or higher on the Montana Practitioner Registry
- Must have CDA, AA in ECE, or BA in ECE
- Must have strong character with a servant's heart and good customer service skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Making the Magic of PLAY a Priority for Future Generations!
- Assists Regional Director and Owner in setting organizational philosophy, culture, core values, policies, and procedures
- Collaborates on identifying staffing shortages and overages and hires staff accordingly
- Fills in the classrooms as needed to cover ratios and training needs.
- Is a mentor, coach, and model of professionalism;
- Plans and organizes staff meetings in conjunction with Admin Team

Compensation: $17.50 - $22.00 per hour
