Job Summary
As a Center Director Rosebrook Child Development Center, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the center and oversee program implementation. Must possess a passion for providing high-quality care and education.
 
Responsibilities 
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the school 
  • Ensure the health & safety of all children and staff
  • Supervise staff and ensure policy compliance
  • Develop and execute marketing plans in order to meet/maintain enrollment goals
  • Perform marketing tasks, including enrollment and tours
  • Manage financial tasks, including tuition collection, and center expenses within budget
  • Interview and onboard new staff
  • Maintain and enforce state licensing regulations and policy compliance
  • Report to the Center Owner/Executive Director 
 
Qualifications
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or related program
  •  Experience working in a licensed childcare facility
  • Management Experience
  • Complete required Director training(s)
  • Must possess strong communication skills
  • The ability to evaluate and resolve conflict
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Energetic and Flexible
  • Shows initiative; strong work ethic
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • CPR and First Aid Certified (preferred)
  • Must pass a criminal background check
Compensation: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
